Terms of Use

NexusOS products are digital software, artwork, documents, galleries, and related downloads sold or previewed by Nexus Software Systems LLC.

Licenses

Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchases grant the buyer a personal, non-transferable license. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred.

Early Access

Products marked Early Access may change and may include documented limitations. Each listing describes what is included at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or claim authorship of purchased files except where a product-specific commercial license expressly permits it.

Availability

Features, integrations, and catalog items may be changed or discontinued. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
